About us
At the beginning of 2022, Denizen’s first House opened its doors in Berlin, offering local residents and companies a range of day-time services and leisure activities tailored to their professional needs.
Conceived as a lobby for the neighbourhood, it offers Denizens – locals and regulars alike –a place away from the home or office, with an open lounge, concierge, grab-and-go café, flexible workspace and a self-care studio with showers and changing facilities. Evening events and classes, such as meet-ups, food tastings, yoga, meditation and fitness classes round off the comprehensive offering.
Denizen currently operates a variety of community and office spaces in Berlin and Düsseldorf, with plans to expand across Germany over the next 12 months.
Next generation hoteliers
The founders bring together a wealth of experience in both the hotel industry and technology development. With backgrounds in renowned brands such as citizenM and 25hours Hotels, they have witnessed first hand the transformative power of social lobbies in enhancing the overall building experience and revitalizing neighbourhoods.
Working collaboratively since 2008, they have combined their collective knowledge to drive innovation and deliver a unique 365-day hospitality experience. As the demand for flexible workspaces and community-centric environments grows, the Denizen team is uniquely positioned to capture a significant share of this growing market and create a new standard of hospitality in commercial real estate.
