The configurable grandstand is most certainly the standout feature of the Greenhouse Plaza. From its initial plenary mode to the arena structure in a few seconds, the grandstand structure can host different events from a simple presentation to a large group conference. On top of that, dynamic breakout areas can be set up for small groups to focus during a workshop. Sustainable facilitation and craft supplies are available and waiting for each group on the well-stocked shelves. Finally, the Greenhouse Plaza proposes a couple of hidden rooms fully accessible for small chats or coffee breaks.

Please note that an additional service fee of €95.20 applies to groups of 20 or more participants.
